SECURE 1.1 was not designed for MS Windows95.

However, if you want to run it under Win95, you have to add the following
entry to the [386Enh] section of your system.ini in the windows-directory:

    device=vrbtd.386

Copy VRBTD.386 to your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
Restart Windows to acquire full protection. That's it!

This entry is not necessary under Windows 3.x or Windows NT.
